We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to strengthen our team at Iisakki Village in Ruka for the winter season 2025-2026.
In this role, you will play an important role in ensuring that our restaurant concepts at Iisakin Talo and Kontioluola run smoothly and our customers have an unforgettable restaurant experience – day after day.
Your tasks include:
Operational management of the day-to-day restaurant operations together with the restaurant manager
Managing the store’s stock/orders together with the restaurant manager
Planning and maintaining a range of beverages based on customer preferences
Guiding, training and motivating staff
Monitoring and improving the quality of customer service
Management of booking systems and service processes
Monitoring product sales and profitability
Contributing to the planning of events and orders to achieve the best customer experience
Working closely with kitchen staff to ensure a first-class service and customer experience
We expect you to:
Experience of working as a supervisor in the restaurant sector
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, flexibility and solution-oriented approach
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a busy environment with a smile on your face
Good knowledge of Finnish and English – other languages a plus
B-driving licence, own car considered an advantage
