Pick-up & Return
Pick-up and return take place at Kontioluola Safarihouse. Day rentals are normally available from 09:00 to 17:00 on weekdays. Weekend rentals are available only on request. Your exact collection and return times are confirmed by email. Please bring a valid ID and allow time for bike setup and a short handover.
Good to Know
Please send your request at least 24 hours before the planned pick-up time. Helmets are included. Model, size and quantity depend on availability. Please provide each rider’s height so we can suggest a suitable size. Check the weather and choose a route that matches your experience.
Booking & Cancellation Terms
Submitting the form is an availability request, not a confirmed booking. Your written offer will include the final price, payment instructions, collection details and the applicable cancellation terms. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from Ruka Safaris.

Can I request a bike together with accommodation?
Yes. Choose “Bike rental + accommodation” in the form and tell us your preferred dates and number of guests. Our sales team will prepare the available options.
Does sending the form confirm my booking?
No. It is an availability request. Your booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Ruka Safaris.
