Lapland Boutique Resorts brings together a curated collection of destinations in Southern Lapland and the Ruka-Kuusamo region, including Hilltop Hotel Iso-Syöte, Ruka Safaris, Iisakki Village, Lumo Lakeside Lodges and Oivanki Resort.

We receive many collaboration requests throughout the year and carefully review each proposal based on its potential value, audience fit, content quality and alignment with our brand.

Our destinations are rooted in nature, design, hospitality and authentic northern experiences. We are open to selected collaborations that help tell this story in a genuine, beautiful and meaningful way.

Our Collaboration Policy

We do not pay for influencer or social media collaborations.

We also do not offer complimentary stays solely in exchange for social media exposure. Selected collaborations are considered on a case-by-case basis when they provide clear mutual value and fit naturally with our brand, audience and seasonal priorities.

We accept only a limited number of carefully selected collaborations each year. In general, we do not collaborate during the peak winter season, unless there is an exceptional opportunity with strong brand relevance and outstanding reach.

When a collaboration is approved, we may offer a 1–2 night stay and one dinner experience, depending on the destination, availability and the agreed collaboration concept.

How to Send a Collaboration Proposal

If you would like to propose a collaboration, please send us the following information:

• Links to your social media channels
• Audience demographics and engagement statistics
• Your collaboration idea
• Preferred travel dates
• Number of guests
• Examples of previous collaborations, if available

Please note that sending a proposal does not guarantee a collaboration. We review all requests carefully and will contact you if we see a suitable opportunity to work together.

Content Expectations

For selected collaborations, we usually expect content that showcases the full guest experience, including accommodation, surrounding nature, dining, activities, facilities and the overall atmosphere of the destination.

Depending on the platform and collaboration agreement, this may include:

• Instagram posts, Reels and Stories
• TikTok videos
• YouTube Shorts or longer YouTube videos
• High-quality visual storytelling aligned with our brand
• Clear tagging and collaboration disclosure according to local advertising regulations
• A link to the relevant website when possible

For Instagram collaborations, we usually expect at least one Instagram post or Reel and 10 Stories, unless otherwise agreed.

For TikTok and YouTube collaborations, we usually expect at least one short-form video featuring the stay or experience. Longer videos are also appreciated when they naturally fit the creator’s content style.

We may repost selected content on our own social media channels, always crediting the creator.
