Receptionist

We are looking for a proactive and energetic receptionist to join our team for the winter season 2024-2025.

The work at Iisakki Village’s reception is varied and pleasant customer service work. Your job is to be the first contact for our customers and to ensure that their stay at Iisakki Village is seamless. You will also receive and process reservations, and sell programme and other services from the counter. Iisakki Village offers a wide range of accommodation from Northern Lights accommodation to luxury villas, as well as restaurant and experience services. You will be supported by an experienced team of hospitality, experience and sales service professionals who will help you succeed in your mission.

Requirements

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken skills of english, other languages would be an advantage.
  • Valid alcohol passport (anniskelupassi) and experience in alcohol serving.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Systems knowledge, ability to quickly adopt new systems (Travius, SiteMinder, OTA channels, Canva, etc.).
  • Experience in reception or customer service is considered an advantage, as well as knowledge of the Ruka-Kuusamo area.

Working hours

Work is shift work between 8 – 22.
Working hours may vary according to need.

Term

The employment relationship is fixed-term, for the period 11.11.2024 – 06.04.2025.
