You may arrange for your own cake to be delivered to our restaurant kitchen by an external catering provider. Payment is made directly to the provider. €4 per person (including VAT) is deducted from the menu price; the remaining price takes serving, presentation and tableware costs into account.

Guests may not bring their own alcoholic beverages, other drinks, food or catering into the restaurant venues. The externally supplied wedding cake described above is an exception.

Booking terms

A €500 booking deposit is charged upon confirmation and deducted from the final invoice. The deposit is refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 6 months before the event; it is non-refundable for cancellations less than 6 months before the event.

The final number of guests for billing, selected menu and event schedule must be confirmed no later than 3 weeks before the event.

Accommodation offers

The wedding couple receives a 20% discount on their wedding-night accommodation at Lumo Lodges. Wedding guests receive a 10% discount on accommodation in the area, based on regular seasonal rates.
